GPS Offender Tracking

GPS Tracking is truly advanced technology. It ensures offenders are within the confines of their homes, and it has the ability to monitor their movements outside the home.   All for about the same cost per day as conventional house arrest systems.
 
The tracking unit is a small, rugged device that clips on an offender’s belt and is “tethered” to the offender using a tamper-resistant ankle bracelet. The high sensitivity GPS receiver tracks offenders when outside the home, even in low signal environments.  When the tracking unit is placed in the Charger Base Unit, charging commences and the tracking unit reports all offender information to Pro Tech’s Offender Tracking Center (OTC) via a landline. At the same time, the tracking unit reports all offender information to the Surveillance Data Center (SDC) via landline. Immediately an offender’s tracking history, including violations, becomes available to authorities. This information can be accessed at any time by utilizing mapping software and a secure Internet connection

Installation

Servicing of Electronic Monitoring equipment by dedicated GSSC employees.  We provide all the servicing of equipment including installation, adjustments and equipment removal.

Verification

Verification of clients daily productive activity (employment, treatment, etc…).

Referrals

Simply make referrals by telephone, fax or e-mail to your local GSSC Field Technician.  We take everything from there.

Supervision and Accountability

Provided by  professional technicians with years of correctional experience.  GSSC Field Technicians can easily be reached at any time.

Fee Collection

We will gladly collect any fees associated with the program.

Rebate Program

Our unique rebate program allows your agency to generate revenue or pay for indigent clients based upon fees collected from the offender and costs of the service.

Reporting

All-inclusive reports are immediately provided to the agent upon client enrollment, violation and termination.  Complete client progress updates are provided to the referring agent as requested.

Alcohol Monitoring

Complete remote breath alcohol testing is also available.
