Job Description   •Technicians •Corporate Employees •Security Officers •Special Response  Team Officers •Monitor Center  Operators •Security Officers for  Gov't Contracts • Monitor home arrest participants compliance to curfews and probation • Monitor and respond to incoming alarm signals by dispatching appropriate emergency response personnel • Enter data into computer database documenting daily activities • Assist with administrative duties as assigned Qualifications • High School diploma or equivalent, two or four year college degree preferred • Must be able to pass a criminal background check • General knowledge of computer keyboarding and data entry skills • Good understanding of application software • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Customer service and dispatching experience or training preferred • Fluent Spanish speaking skills a plus!
